Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Services Provided
La-Blum Consulting Firm provides professional consulting services. The scope, duration, and fees for these services are outlined in your booking confirmation, invoice, or payment link description.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consulting session, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
3. Refund Policy
- Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or a free rescheduling slot.
- Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
- Once a consulting session has been completed, the service fees are non-refundable.
